The series stars Flex Alexander as Mark "Flex" Washington and Kyla Pratt as his teenage daughter Breanna Barnes. Intelligent, pretty, in-your-face Breanna loves attention. Anywhere there's a crowd, you can bet this aspiring actress is at the center of the action.

Breanna's sportscaster dad Flex is a fun-loving ladies man who not only wants to be a responsible parent, but also wants to be a strong role model for his only child. As a result, Flex is happy giving Breanna the freedom to make her own choices -- if she is willing to accept the consequences.

Flex's best friend and Breanna's godfather, Duane (Kelly Perine), is a constant presence in their lives for better and sometimes worse. An out-of-work used carsalesman who moves next door, Duane has a way of repelling women the way Flex has attracting them.

Keeping Breanna busy is her best friend, Spirit (Sicily), with whom she creates a lot of mischief, while her best "guy friend" Arnaz (Robert Ri'chard), is the object of her on-again off-again schoolgirl crush.

Once Breanna graduates from high school, her adventures shift from the East Coast to the West. While Breanna studies acting at Chaplin University, Arnaz tries to make it big in the music biz.
